Cancellation Policy
ARTICLE V - CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS 5.1 Client Cancellations. (a) Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the deposit only. (b) Cancellations made between seven (7) days and seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled service will require the Client to pay fifty percent (50%) of the total fee. (c) Cancellations made less than seventy-two (72) hours in advance will require full payment of the service fee. 5.2 Chef Cancellations. If the Chef cancels for any reason, all payments made by the Client, including the deposit, will be refunded in full. 5.3 Force Majeure. Neither Party shall be held liable for cancellations due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.
